This program is intended to help you tone and define your entire body while burning stubborn body fat with exercises to hit every muscle group.
This is a 4-week program with a very strict guided nutrition plan to follow paired with a strict workout regimen. No, you don’t need to be advanced to follow this program (though some of the exercises will be intended to really push you ) but you do owe yourself dedication, commitment, and 100% of giving it your ALL for just 20 minutes a day. If you do this video every day for 20 mins and follow either one of my meal plans or my menu, you WILL see results. Remember, if you cheat, you’ll only cheating yourself.
